Once upon a time, in a far away land, high above the clouds, lived a group of Pokemon. Their strength was unimaginable, their wisdom knew no bounds. They created man. The legendary fire Pokemon gave man burning passion, a warm heart, a stubborn will, and a spirit. The legendary ice and water Pokemon gave man a calculating mind, seriousness, a peaceful soul. The legendary lightning Pokemon gave men zest, quickness, boldness, and a voice. The Pokemon of time gave them the ability to grown, the flying psychic Pokemon, with the help of the lesser, floating psychic Pokemon, gave man the ability to think for themselves, the ability to communicate, and two separate forms, one for man and one for woman.
After all of this was created, the let them live in their paradise for quite some time. The humans prospered, and everything was peaceful. But like everyone knows, they fell to Earth. Some say it was because they had split apart, and wanted to use the legendary Pokemon as weapons in the wars they raged. Some say that they became so dependent on themselves, that their worries grew until they were too heavy to stay in the sky. Either way, to Earth they crashed. And there, they found themselves lost.
Back then, Earth was just a barren and dead place. The legendaries, for many unknown reasons, followed the humans to Earth. But when they arrived, they found the humans changed. Many were colder, and crueler that what they had been in Paradise. Still, they strove for peace. And so, in an attempt to satisfy them, they made Earth beautiful. Lush trees, grasses, forests, rivers, streams, and oceans appeared. For a while, they were satisfied. But eventually, they demanded more.
You see, the humans were still split on Earth. Region after Region was fighting one another. New weapons to kill were made, and all chaos broke loose. In a desperate attempt to stop the fighting, the legendaries came together, and created Pokemon. Creating so many creatures drained the legendaries of nearly all their power. While still immensely powerful, they could now be captured by the humans, and thus they went into hiding, unable to help the human race anymore.
Slowly, the world developed into what we know it to be now; cars, Pokeballs, iPods, MP3 players, trains, technology. And this tale has been long since forgotten. But recent researches in Team Galactic have come across ancient scrolls, describing this very story. Along with that scroll, they found another, containing information on a so called, ‘God Legendary’. While such information is false, no one knows that it is, and Team Galactic will stop at nothing to achieve this God.
Team Magma, Team Aqua, and Team Rocket are not going to sit back and be left in the dust however. They all hacked into Team Galactic’s main frame, and stole a copy of the documents. Each team is now working towards obtaining the most powerful Pokemon of all. Will you strive with them? Will you perform tests on Pokemon for them? Or will you care for Pokemon, and raise them to be the best? Will you battle them against others, and the evil organizations? Or will you show off their beauty, helping others along the way? Perhaps there is something else that interests you. Perhaps you are a civilian, working diligently in your town. Perhaps you are a singer, on the road to fame. The possibilities are endless.
